You know the saying, "What's good for the goose is good for the gander." Well, this rancher figured "What's good for the bull must also be good for the rancher." Otherwise, how would he have known!A big rancher bought a prize bull at the big salebarn's annual auction, but when he got it home it didn't know what to do. The prize bull just meandered off by himself in one corner of the pasture, totally oblivious to all the many cows and heifers (females that have not calved yet).To say the least, the rancher was very disappointed, especially because he had paid top dollar for the prize animal. So he went to the local veterinarian who prescribed a medical treatment. It worked wonders! In no time at all, the prize bull had mounted all the cows, breeding them one after another without even taking a break! Then he mounted and bred all the young heifers!Even that wasn't enought for the prize bull who was now out to show the world what he could do! He jumped one pasture fence after another, mounding and breeding all the cows and heifers in each pasture before going to the next herd of cows!It didn't take long for the neighbors to notice this prolific breeder. They were quite pleased because, after all, it was a prize bull their cows and heifers were now bred to. One came over to ask the farmer about the change in the bull's behavior. "Man, what did you do to that bull? He used to just wander off by himself in the corner, but all of a sudden it's like he had brain surgery or something! He's mounted and bred all the cows and heifers for miles around! Nothing can stop him! What ever did you do to him?"The owner replied, "I simply went to the vet and explained the problem. The vet prescribed a bollus to push down his throat with a long bollus gun. It's as big as my thumb, pink, and tastes like mint!!!"
