10. Is there a move you do while masturbating that's a risky one when it comes to triggering your orgasm?  Here's how I trained myself to overcome one of my orgasm triggers. Maybe it will work for you, too.  In a long drawn-out edging session, I commonly begin with a dry stroke.  My clitoral hood is down, and my fingers are a bit off-center to the right on the shaft-hood area of my clitoris.  I massage that un-lubricated loose skin in circles.  Toward the middle part of my edge session, I like to moisten my fingers with my vaginal fluid, pull back my clitoral hood, and circle my exposed glans with very well lubricated fingertips.  Transitioning to the last third of an edge session used to be very hard for me.  Here, I bring up some more lubricant from the vagina, let my clitoral hood back down, and move my fingers back to the right side.  I then move my fingers in a long vertical oval shape that runs from the top of my clitoral shaft all the way down to the bottom of my right labia minora.   This last stroke is the most arousing.  It's a bigger, fuller one that covers more area than the small circles of strokes one and two.  The slip-sliding wetness of it is irresistable.  If I've been spending a lot of time on the first and second strokes before I get to it, fighting off the orgasm is hard.  My pc muscle will pulse involuntarily a bit when I do this tranisition, as if my body is threatening to orgasm. Before I consciously decided to work on this weakness, I would often lose willpower and bring the orgasm on at this point or within one or two minutes, at the most.  Sometimes, it wasn't a loss of willpower but actual control, and my pc muscle would go from the gentle involuntary pulses that would stop after a few to full on orgasmic contractions. Training myself to overcome this orgasm trigger took several forms.  First, there was the setting of modest goals.  Knowing that this tranistion was hard for me, I practiced by not spending too much time on strokes one and two.  If I could control the urge to climax at lower levels of arousal while switching to stroke three, I'd be able to slowly work my way up.   Second, I found it helpful to admit that this transition was a weakness for me.  In advance of switching from stroke two to three, I would tell myself that keeping my orgasm under control was going to be a challenge.  I would mentally prepare myself for the difficulty beforehand and brace myself for the intense sensation once I did it.  That way, it didn't take me by surprise. Third, and most obviously, I would finger very gently with stroke three until the urge to climax was under control again.   In summary, training to overcome orgasm triggers is a three-step process: expose youself to the trigger at lower levels of arousal, mentally prepare and brace yourself for it, and go easy with the intensity of the triggering stroke.
