So much I see about boners are negative, "awkward", shameful, embarrassing. People try to hide their boners. They have tutorials on the internet about how to hide your boner. Tuck it in your waistband. Untuck your shirt. Hide it! With ubiquitous cameras, the unsuspecting guy who sprouts wood in public gets shamed and ridiculed on the internet. There's a porn shop I visit from time to time on my way through the state on business. I have just decided that when I'm there, I'm just going to enjoy my erection. After all, everything on display there is calculated to stimulate. It's only natural that I should become aroused. I'm probably not the only one getting aroused. And it's probably not that anybody is even looking. When I stoll down the aisles of the sex shop, looking at dildos, fleshlights, masturbators of all sorts, and video covers, I just let my pants tent out in front of me. When I'm talking to the sales lady or guy about what the best vibrator for my wife is, or the feeling of this or that masturbation device, I don't feel self-conscious about my boner pushing out. It's freeing. I like the feel of the arousal. I enjoy having the hard, swollen member in my pants. I like the feel of the elevated pulse rate. It makes me feel virile, alive. Maybe one day it will become acceptable, (or at least excusable) to show physical arousal in public without scorn. This is the closest I've come to it, though.
