It can still happen
At my age, one might think one can't still feel pleasure. From my earliest youth, I masterbated the usual way: with an erection and with an ejaculation. Some years ago, I had prostate surgery and there went my ejaculting. I then developed diabetes, and there went my erections. However, I can (and do) still masterbate from time to time at age 74. I have to work at it a little more than the days with an erection and with an ejaculation, but I still am able to have an orgasm which feels great. It still send waves and shudders through my body. Obviously, I wish I still had those other things, but I want you to know it still feels good. This is just to let folks know that orgasms don't have to stop just because of age or because one can no longer get hard. Besides, there is no mess to clean up afterwards.
