We added new categories for stories as well as video chat. Anything that was free before has remained free, but as we grow, we are adding new items that are premium features.

Hi Shadow, That is not a bug, it is an advertising site popping up briefly. If you have pop up blocker it is likely being blocked, part of our advertising.
