Tantric masturbation has always fascinated me.  It is something that I practice myself.  I have also studied and practiced giving Tantric massage and Yoni massage for many years. It's a very rewarding experience giving others so much relaxation and pleasure at the same time. 

But Tantric masturbation/Yoni (vulva/vaginal) or Lingham (penis) Self-Massage is about giving yourself that same kind of relaxing, connecting, mindful, arousing touch all over your body.  The official goal is not orgasm (although strong orgasms are very likely) but rather to achieve and maintain a heightened and lengthened state of arousal, or "bliss" state.  It is masturbation focusing on your present sensations throughout your body. It's beautiful and not "dirty." It's all about mindfulness and deep connection with your mind and body.  It can be very emotionally, spiritually, physically and sexually healing and arousing for those who practice it.

While I practice it myself, I also guide others in it (in-person or virtually).  Guided Tantric masturbation / Yoni Self massage can be incredibly erotic, arousing, and even healing, especially to those who enjoy being seen and instructed.  It begins by setting up the space in a peaceful, relaxing way.  One might light candles or set the lights low, perhaps have some relaxing spa/instrumental music low in the background, maybe burn incense or light a scented candle or spray some perfume for a relaxing scent, whatever you choose. This all helps put your mind and body in a state of relaxation and mindfulness and brings it to the present. It is also good to have some liquid coconut or massage oil, lotion, and/or water-based lubricant at arms reach should you need or desire it or are even instructed to use it.  You also want to have some pillows to put behind you to raise your head or allow you to sit up a bit.  You might be on your bed or couch or on the floor, just find a comfortable space.  

As you remove your clothing, you may be guided to think about it as taking off the "armor" you wore to protect yourself from the "arrows" being shot at you in life, at work, at school or wherever you may have been during the day.  Now though, you are in a safe place where you can be open and vulnerable, completely yourself.  You notice how your body and bare skin feels and reacts to the air hitting it in places you hadn't felt that throughout the day and may notice any goosebumps that may form or how your nipples maybe reacting to being exposed.  You then lay back on your bed, couch or floor, get comfortable, enjoy looking at your body, accept it, appreciate it. I start by guiding the person to start at their face and neck and very, very gradually work your way down. You lightly run your fingertips along curves and creases, where different body parts meet others. These tend to be erogenous zones where you feel tingles and goosebumps and feelings of arousal and excitement.  You touch where you enjoy being kissed lightly or touched by another.  Your guide may have you start with places that are typically exposed when you wear clothes then very gradually move to areas that are usually clothed.  You may notice that your body gradually becomes more sensitive and receptive to this light touch.  What may at first feel a little ticklish will then become arousing as your body recalibrates itself to receive this light touch, understanding it now as healing, safe, and arousing touch as your mind and body further relaxes and becomes more sensitive.
