It's been a while since I got around to uploading anything so I figured I’d contribute another ‘technique’ that I’m sure has been tried by more men than would admit to it. I’ve experimented over the years with vacuum cleaners but finding the exact right diameter tube is the biggest challenge. The tube needs to be just slightly larger diameter than your cock in order to experience that magical ‘flutter’. That flutter is what I call it when the wind rushing by rapidly changes course around your head and causes it to flutter at an extremely high velocity back and forth against the inside of the tube, like a 3-dimensional vibrator.
