I believe there would be less aggression, depression, "moodyness" and all that trouble that comes from these behaviour, if people would masturbate MORE.


I think, people don't masturbate enough. They may think they don't have time for it, or they are just simply not in the mood to do it. This is where "forced" wanks should come into play. Interestingly, people have time to call/meet a friend and complain to them for hours about their frustrations, instead of relieving anger and depression by having an extra wank! So, I would say, no matter how many times you wank in a week... double it! If you wank once a week, wank twice from now on. If you are already wanking once a day, wank twice a day. If you wank once a month... well, go for at least once a week. You might ask, how? Make it a HABIT. Just as you wash your teeth, have a shower, dress up, make food, etc., make wanking a habit. Just do it. You, for example, never think about how you're going to bath because you "don't have" energy, time or not in the mood. You just do it, don't you? It's the same with masturbation!
