The Best Dream Ever

I received a call from a friend to reach out to a doctor she knew that wanted to discuss a job she wanted me to do for her. Since it paid good money and would help me build my portfolio, I agreed to call her. She told me she wanted to make a few videos for both training and patient education. She asked if I was available on Thursday the following week. I agreed to meet withher at her office and go over the details of what she had in mind.  

I arrived the following Thursday at the address she gave me and found her suite listed as a women’s health specialist.  I didn’t know what I was getting myself into, but would soon find out.  I entered her office suite and introduced myself to the lady behind the desk. She told me she was the doctor and her office was closed for the day due to our filming her videos. She said she was training nurses in gynecology classes two days a week and some of her students agreed to be her test subjects, while the others came right from her practice. She asked me to bring my gear into the first exam room down the hall.  I walked in and found aTV setup already placed in the corner of the room. She told me she had it installed and asked if I could hook my camera up to it so the ladies could see exactly what I was filming. This brought up a bunch of questions that I wasn’t exactly ready for but had to think quick.  

I asked her to explain in more detail what she had in mind for me to do. The doctor began telling me she wanted to film a few of her exams and later edit them into both training lessons for the nurses and some educational videos for her clients. She then told me that she had each lady assigned a 90 minute window where they could come in, go through the steps of her examinations and help her create a library of videos. She tells me that many of the exams will be repeated with each lady, while two of the four willbe acting as a first time patient. She wants to use the videos with her new patients that have never seen a gynecologist and doesn’t know what to expect for her examination. The others will go through a process of birth control methods available to women as well as annual examinations.  

She tells me I have about 20 minutes before the first appointment and asked me to set up my camera, than handed me 4 memory cards asking me to put the videos on the cards for her editor crew to work with. Luckily for me my camera has two memory card slots. I set my camera up while she went into details on how she had tried this before with her own camera but the videos were not really usable for what she wanted to do. She wanted better angles and the ability to zoom in during certain exams, reminding me that I was not allowed to film the lady’s faces. That was the only part of the body that was off limits, no faces on film. Got it!  

It felt like three minutes later the first patient was in the office and ready to get going. I was in this like a fly on the wall. Thedoctor introduced me to her client that agreed to be filmed for her first examination. The doctor asked if the camera was on, which it was recording, and then asked her if she was ready to begin. Since she was ready to get going they walked out of the room and came back in acting like she was just called back to the examination room. Like I said it was like I was a fly on the wall. They went about the introductions and she admitted she was nervous as this was her first examination and didn’t know what to expect. The doctor put her at ease and sat and talked with her. They discussed school, work, the weather, and her periods. It sounded like they were friends getting together for the first time since last summer.  

The doctor then told her she would step out of the room and allow her to disrobe and put on the paper gown. The doctor stepped out of frame and the girl stood up from the chair and began taking off her clothes. Again, I was a fly on the wall. It was like I wasn’t in the room. The doctor looked at her phone, while standing right next to me. There is now a naked girl unfolding the paper gown in front of me. There is then a knock on the wall sound coming from somewhere when I realize it was the doctor pretending to knock as she comes back into frame. She helps the girl to sit on the exam chair and the paper begins to make loud noises as she sits down.  

They go about the normal examination starting with the breast exam. The doctor opens the paper gown and exposes her right breast and begins to feel around, while talking about the importance of regular self breast exams at home. She covers up the right breast and moves around to the other side and repeats the left breast examination. She then asks the girl to perform the self exam herself. Here she sits in front of me, palpating her left boob. The doctor says she is doing it right and if there are any changes to come back in and get examined again. She then instructs the young lady to begin to lay back and scoot down the chair. The doctor whips out the stirrups while asking the girl to raise her right leg and helps guide her into the stirrup. She does the other leg the same way. The doctor explains they will begin the pelvic exam and request the girl to drop her knees out to the sides as far as she can. The paper gown is covering her between the legs. The doctor is off camera and motions me to zoom in closer and reminds me to not film her face. The doctor raises the gown up her body fully exposing her inner thighs and pelvic areas.  

The examination goes on, the doctor explains each move and each test in detail. She explains there are different size speculums and she will use the smallest one and the feeling might briefly hurt but will subside.  The doctor probes and feels around while explaining the different parts of her anatomy. I try to keep up with the doctor by zooming in and panning right and left, up and down. Then my favorite part comes up when the doctor re-gloves and  informs the girl she will now perform the rectovaginal examination. I make sure to zoom in just enough to get the whole thing recorded just right. The doctor tells her they are now done and asks if it was really that bad. The girl replies she is glad she came in for the examination and it wasn't bad at all. The doctor tells her to get dressed and she will be back in to discuss the results of the examination. We both leave the room, but the camera is still recording.    

The doctor and I discuss the recording and thoughts on what just took place. I tell her that the paper noises might be too much for the recording so we will have to check that out. She tells me that we can but she can edit that part of the exam out if needed. The door opens and we go in to check the video. The girl stays and watches the part with her moving around on the examination chair, She agrees the paper does make too much noise. The doctor says we can use a cloth sheet and asks her if she would like to redo the examination. She said she cannot stay and has to pick up a family member. She says she could come back later in the day if we want to redo the examination. The doctor tells her she will call if we need her.  

We rest the room and await the next client. The doctor tells me the next two clients we are going to film are nursing students who agreed to help film female birth control for patient education. The next two examinations go pretty much the same way, the examination is performed and recorded. The cloth sheets are much better for the sound on the video. The doctor goes through the fitting and placement procedures on the different options women have to prevent pregnancy. She goes over the numbers and explains which method is better than others. The girls are fitted with diaphragms that fit their bodies. The doctor is basically finger banging these girls trying to get the device in place. She asks the girls if they can feel how it fits and covers the cervix. She then has them remove the diaphragm and reinsert it several times to get use to inserting and removing it.  

The last girl was also there to act like she was there for her first visit to a gynecologist. She did the same routine as the first girl.The only thing that was different was she wanted to go on the pill and they discussed the options and need for being on birth control. The doctor went through the female birth control options and how they help or hurt and the options to stop using the birth control in order to conceive.  This girl had never heard of a diaphragm and wanted to learn more about it. Seeing the doctor had all the supplies and experience she went through the fitting process with the last girl.  

I was able to get each memory card duplicated to my own memory card and love watching the videos and seeing the different shapes, sizes and amount of or lack of pubic hair. I think each of them were about the same bra size. I have used these videos for many personal sessions. And now I want to get into stirrups for an intimate examination of my own.

The doctor promises to call me when the editing is done so I can watch the educational videos I helped record.
