When I was a teen in the seventies I became involved in the swimming team.   I was a little nervous as my family were pretty strict Christians and one of the things was, at the time, boys in the swim team swan naked.   Oddly the girls didn't and from time to time you would have them at meets.    By the way it was standard practice to swim nude in high schools, colleges and the military at the time.   I knew I loved swimming and was good at it and had gotten invited after being spotted by the school coach whilst I was at the pool on a 'leisure' day.
