You may have seen pictures on the Internet of what's called 'genital modification.' A very common procedure is cutting the male peehole open wider. Not only do some guys feel a larger peehole is attractive, but they can play with sounding, the act of inserting things into the urethra. With a wider peehole, wider objects can theoretically be inserted. However there is another restriction about one centimeter in that makes simply enlarging the peehole by itself less than totally effective. Some men have continued the cut down the underside of the penis, so wide things can be inserted into their urethras. A few have even cut all the way down to their scrotums, permanently exposing several inches of their urethras. It's interesting watching these men masturbate. When they ejaculate, it bubbles out around the base of their penis.
That's not what interests me. Enlarging the peehole, officially called 'meatotomy,' seems dangerous and inconvenient. These men have to sit to pee to avoid making a mess. I would think the exposed inside of the urethra could be prone to infection.
I've jerked off many times thinking of an opposite technique. What if I could cut the edges at the top or bottom of my peehole, then stitch them together in such a way that they heal with the peehole being smaller diameter than it was? I think that would be way cool. Once healed, my pee stream would be powerful and sharp. It would probably project a longer distance. When I'd ejaculate, it would shoot out a great distance, and if sufficiently restricted, the ejaculation may last longer.
I suppose women could do something similar. If they reduce the diameter of their peeholes, they could more easily pee standing up, and also project a greater distance.
I'm too chicken to actually do that, but I wank thinking about it from time to time.
