This technique is one I came up with while horny and it was cold.

You will need a hot water bottle with warm water, but not too warm. Test the warmth on your stomach or thighs as these are sensitive areas.
So, first, you sit in bed and get warm. Keep clothes on and start to massage your breasts and nipples. You can be as rough as you like, or as gentle. I like to shake my breasts and go in circles.
