I too have kept a record for three and a half years, however only this year have I included other forms of sex other than intercourse.

I started because I had prostate cancer and had a complete removal of the prostate and wondered if I was losing my sex powers, so I began keeping a record.

First year, 87 intercourse, and no record kept of masturbation, etc. Second year, again 87 times, third year 93 times. So far this year to July 28, Intercourse 53 times, masturbation 10, blow jobs 1.

So even at my age and post operation, I think I am doing OK.

I do deliberately keep down masturbating because it cuts down intercourse. After jerking off I usually am not interested for at least 5 days to do anything else. Of course when I was younger it was another story, I could beat off two or three times a day before I was married. After that it was about 50/50, intercourse 3 or 4 times a week, jerk off three or four times and when my wife had her period it was jerk off almost every day for four or five days.
