Here's how you can make a sexy strap to wrap around your cock and balls. First you need a bra to get the shoulder strap from. Many have stretchy shoulder straps and some don't, your choice. Also, some bras have wider straps, some have lacy ones, etc. all variations you can enjoy. I got a lacy 32C black bra at the $1 store. The strap is pretty narrow, about 13mm(1/2 inch).
