Well you will need these materials. An empty bread loaf sack or one of those plastic bags that you get when you buy something [e.g. what they put your purchase in at the store]. Some lube / Vaseline because you can throw the mess away when you are through. What you do is take the bag, sack and SMEAR THE INSIDE WITH LUBE.
