Here's one I discovered that is about as good as it gets. Obtain a waterproof, plastic-covered heating pad, one that is capapable of being used for moist heat. Remove the outer cloth cover so that the plastic is exposed. Use some KY-type lube on your member. Fold the heating pad in half so that the soft, non-seam end is available and the cord is away from you. Insert your penis in the warm, lubed, folded-over pad and enjoy the warm, smooth feel as you thrust in and out. This works best if if you cover a pillow with a towel and hump away on top if it.
