What is it about exercise that makes me sooooo hot?


Next time that you go into the gym, you may run into someone like me. I like to stay firm and fit, but I am NOT a body sculptor or addicted to workouts. For me, a trip to the gym is just as much about relaxation and stress relief as it is anything else.  Sometimes that means trying to combine my need to exercise with other needs, as explained in Part 1 of this story. 

While it is probably not the textbook definition of Exercise Induced Orgasm (EIO), I started experimenting a few years ago with trying to orgasm while working out. I think you lose points on the EIO scale if you’re actively masturbating during the workout. Oh well, I try to be subtle and usually don’t do anything obscene. Except maybe once. 

In EIO Part 1, I got myself off with one of the exercise bikes. That was easy to hide because who doesn’t sweat and pant when doing aerobic workouts? But another time I discovered something new...a happy accident.

While working on my arms with resistance bands attached to the gym wall, I was working one arm at a time in a forward lunge position, pushing my arm straight ahead and returning it to my side. Being forever curious, and horny, I decided to see how it would feel if I let the stretchy band slide through my legs, putting pressure up into my labia through my tights with every repetition. I felt a little to grabby at first, almost painful, but there was definitely promise.

I looked around to see if anyone was noticing. Just a few people on the lower level looking in another direction on the treadmills. Perfect! I was free to experiment as much as I could stand unless somebody new walked in on me. I changed to a lower strength band and repositioned closer to the wall in a simple straight stance with feet shoulder width apart and with my knees slightly bent, then started pushing out reps, letting the band slide back and forth over my crotch...tingly now, but my tights started bunching up. Hmmm. Maybe two bands would work, holding one still to reduce the bunching and alternating arms to keep it going non-stop. 

After attaching the second band, it was like nirvana! I was already a little moist from perspiration, but now I was getting even wetter from being aroused. I caught a whiff of my own sex and my legs started to tremble a little. It seemed too quick to orgasm, but then it just came on suddenly. I had lost track of how many reps and how long I had been doing them, but the roughness and rawness of the experience had my whole body shaking and I had to stop. I turned to detach the bands and noticed they were a little wet, then looked at my pants which were even wetter in the crotch. But no one had noticed me openly masturbating. Lucky this time, because just as I was pulling myself back together one of the guys from an apartment down the hall from me walked in and said hi. I just smiled and said something over my shoulder about needing a shower, a new experience in the gym forever ingrained in my mind.
