A new technique for me.
I got this from a friend who has a real ejaculation problem from MS. His doctor actually sugested it to him and we both have tried it to huge excitement. Buy from E-bay a small machine used by physical therapists. It has two pads and a dial to turn on the stimulation. You put the pads on the underside of you balls, on either side. Really slowly turn up to 1 on the 1 to 10 dial. The most it takes for me is a 2. You hardly have to touch your cock. The stimulation goes right through your groin, balls and to the end of your dick. You explode in about a minute. My friend who has very little feeling left below the waist can go all the way up to 5--6 before he blows.
