So I’ve seen some of the other stories of guys using a vacuum cleaner to get off, with the ample warnings in comments to be careful or don’t do it or you may need to get the hose removed at the hospital, because the suction and excitement may make you swell up too much, and you’ll have a major problem.
I avoided this concern by just holding the end of the vacuum hose at a 90° angle to my shaft, usually right under my frenulum, or the tip of my penis.
Varying the distance of the vacuum from my shaft just a little, would change the intensity of the airflow and vibration of the skin around my shaft, (which made a lot of noise, so definitely make sure you’re home alone for this). This meant you could change things from mildly pleasurable to highly intense quite easily. One can take care of things really fast if needed, with no muss, no fuss, and no worries about getting stuck!
