This is another true experience which happened a good number of years ago now when i was about 19/20 years old. i was in my first job working in a small firm that was mainly full of men apart from a few females who worked on reception and in admin dept. 1 of the women in admin was in her early 30's and quite pretty with a nice figure and very nice legs and she usually wore a skirt with sheer dark tights (pantyhose to my american friends!) mainly grey or black and always with heels.

as it was a small building and office i would always see her at least a few times a day. one day she mentioned that her and one of the other females who worked with her in admin were going to be going jogging at lunchtime as they wanted to get fit so obvoiusly they would have a change of clothes with them. behind the reception area were seperate toilets for the males and females. as i'd checked out the female toilets before inside it was a larger area with plenty of room for them to get changed which was next to the female cubicle/toilet. i knew what time their lunch was at so i waited about 5 mins or so after it then went downstairs just to check that they were away and they were.
