Closing the Deal

Rick and I are both real estate agents, working for different offices. We cover a lt of the same geographic area, so we have worked together a few times and gotten together at business functions. I am married, closet bi, Rick is gay. Some people know, but most would never guess as he is very str8 looking and acting. He keeps his personal life pretty quiet. A few close friends know he has a male roommate. 

We were at a house one day waiting for my clients - prospective buyers - to come to see the house. Rick represented the sellers. While waiting, a guy walked in and started talking to Rick. They talked a few minutes, then Rick walked with him back outside to his car. By their demeanor, I could tell they were close - I guessed it was the roommate. Rick came back in and said 'sorry about that'. I said no problem - is that your boyfriend?

He gave me a funny look and didn't say anything for a minute, then said 'yes, it is but that's not something I talk about - we're very discreet'. I said 'I totally understand - you know I can keep it to myself. I understand discretion too'. 

So the client shows up and goes through the house. After they left, Rick and I were heading our separate ways. He said something about his roommate/boyfriend showing up and I said don't worry about it. Then I said 'hey, you're lucky, he's cute'. Not sure why I said it - it just came out. Rick gave me another funny look and said 'oh? I'll have to tell him that. I didn't realize you though that way.'

I just smiled and said 'remember - discretion!'

So a few weeks go by and we're working to get the sale closed (my buyer got the contract) and we're messaging a lot, and a few of the messages were about his roommate and how he got a kick out of me saying he was cute. Rick actually talked about his body a bit, which turned me on. I think Rick was starting to catch on that I might be bisexual.

We do the closing, and after we decide to grab a beer to celebrate. We get to the bar, order beers, and I ask if his boyfriend is going to join us. Rick smiled and said 'so you like Chris huh?' I said 'well he looks like a really nice guy and I'm glad for you.' He said well I'm guessing there are things about you that I didn't know and would never guess. When he said it, he very secretively put his hand on my thigh. I tried not to react, but must have intuitively pulled back because he took it off right away. But I got the message . . .

We ordered more beers and just kept talking about general things - the housing market, office gossip, stuff like that. Then he said Chris was out of town for a few days, so he was 'batching it'. We got to talking a bit about their relationship, and I said wow,  sounds no different than a married couple like my wife and I. Then the conversation turned to sex, and we discovered that neither of us were getting enough. He said I know most str8 people think gays never stop having sex, but that's just not true. Things get stale for us too. I was totally aroused by now, and his hand had made it's way to my leg a few more times. We were being careful, although there weren't many people in the bar, but our hands were on each other quite a bit.

He finally said that he had to get home and eat something, and asked if I had to get home by a certain time. Well, my wife had already been texting looking for me, so I said I'd better get home too, but hoped we could get together again soon. He agreed - said he'd like that a lot. We left, and I went home very horny. I ended up masturbating to Rick that night.

Two days later he sent a text reminding me that Chris was still out of town. That was all I needed - we arranged to meet for beers again at his place. It didn't take long before he had me in his mouth, and I returned the favor. That started an affair that lasted nearly a year.
