From the time I was in grade school I've always liked numbers - things like measuring, counting, looking at statistics and so on. This played out as I grew older and is reflected in the kinds of courses I took in college and in kinds of professional positions I sought.
So, it was no surprise that, during an especially satisfying edging session I had this morning, I started thinking about the hundreds and thousands of hours of pure pleasure I've experienced while masturbating since I turned 15. After reflecting on this for a few minutes, I decided to work on some 'numbers' later in the day to see what I might come up with. It's now 'later,' as I write this!
Fortunately I've taken some occasional measurements over the years and I've kept a rough track of the frequency of my solo activities. Nothing I'd call truly scientific, but I've made some educated estimates that I believe are both conservative and reasonable. In other words, I've tried to underestimate, rather than take the change of unduly stretching the truth!
Taking account of my solo activities since discovering masturbation 63 years ago - and also including partner sex in my estimates of Cowper's and precum - here are my best estimates:
*10,700 masturbation sessions [each of 3 to 30 minutes, where my goal was simply to shoot my load!
*9.5 litres of Cowper's fluid [aka pre-cum], or about 2.5 gallons.
*58 litres of semen [equivalent to over 15 gallons]
*15,275 hours of edging [or about 636 equivalent 24-hour days]; edging sessions have averaged about 3 hours each, but since I often practice orgasm denial I typically don't shoot my load more than once every week or two.
There are undoubtedly readers [especially those of you over 50] who may well come up with even higher numbers than mine! I'm not claiming any records here, nor any bragging rights, believe me! But, I've definitely placed a high priority in my life on sexual pleasure, solo and partner, and I'd like to think that "the numbers" reflect this.

P.S. I'd have say "No" in answer to my question about quantifying, but my statistics bent tells me that it's okay sometimes to use some suitable proxy measures. From what I wrote here, the pleasure I've had lies somewhere near the infinite!
