SoloTouch is here to promote positive sexuality. Unfortunately, it's all too easy and common for sexuality to become negative. If you have been involved in a negative sexual experience, or know someone who has, there are many resources available to you.
Rape, Sexual Assault, Abuse
The Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network (RAINN)
RAINN is the nation's largest anti-sexual assault organization. RAINN operates the National Sexual Assault Hotline at 1.800.656.HOPE and carries out programs to prevent sexual assault, help victims and ensure that rapists are brought to justice. Inside, you'll find statistics, counseling resources, prevention tips, news and more.
The National Sexual Violence Resource Center (NSVRC)
The NSVRC staff collects and disseminates a wide range of resources on sexual violence including statistics, research, position statements, statutes, training curricula, prevention initiatives and program information. With these resources, the NSVRC assists coalitions, advocates and others interested in understanding and eliminating sexual violence.
Stop It Now!
Stop It Now!'s mission is to call on all abusers and potential abusers to stop and seek help, to educate adults about the ways to stop sexual abuse, and to increase public awareness of the trauma of child sexual abuse.
The Sexual Assault Resource Agency (SARA)
SARA is a private, non-profit organization whose volunteers and staff are dedicated to facilitating the healing of sexual assault victims, and to reducing the vulnerability of women, children, and men to sexual assault and sexual abuse.
