When home from college, either over breaks or for a year between college and grad school, and later between jobs, I always tried to be really discrete about masturbating, both before and after I was sexually active. No matter what the situation, when dealing with family members, I just didn't want them realizing I was doing myself. This has continued through family visits to this day.
