I've forwarded this on to the techs but I can't tell you when they'll get to it unfortunately. Some time back I had issues signing in but that was due to a vpn that wasn't working right. I'm using a vpn now and everything appears to be ok. You may want to try the standard fix for a lot of things and clear cache, cookies, history and the like from the browser that you are using. I'm using Brave at the moment and no issues.

I just tried it and nothing showed up. Kept using the reload button and it finally showed members. Again this could be browser settings. I've seen this on another site using the same software. I think it's just a quirk but who knows. If you are in the forum and hit the Chat button it doesn't work. That's a bug. You need to be on the home page and select chat. Hopefully many of these issues will be taken care of when they update the software.
