Home page says it is up and running, but some users still cannot login (from reports)

I had difficulty getting into the Chat area with Chrome.
From the home page, I would choose the Chat drop-down menu option.
No matter what I tried I could not log in from there.

I tried clearing cache, as well as all sorts of other Flash and Java tricks.
Then one evening, I got in on my PC laptop.
I didn't use the menu shortcut, I went directly to the Chat using the direct URL:
https://www.solotouch.com/videochat/chat.php
Bingo! I got in just fine.

On my iMac, I needed to do the same trick, and enter the Chat area directly in order to get in.
Once I did that, now I can enter the Chat area via the menu shortcut.

Persistence pays...
