Can't Access Text Chat

For a long time I was getting a message on my browser that Adobe Flash is no longer supported (I'm using Chrome on a Mac). I get this, but now it looks like chat is HTML5 based. All I get is a blank page. Do I need to use another browser? What is needed to get into text chat?

From the main site after selecting Chat > Chat Now, I am pointed to
> https://chat.solotouch.com/index_new.php then
> https://chat.solotouch.com/html5chat.php
which is the html5 version where I get the blank page,

From the forum after selecting Chat > Chat Now, I am pointed to
> https://www.solotouch.com/videochat/chat.php
which has the message "Adobe flash player is no longer supported"

This is in Chrome. I'll try it from the main site in a different browser.

Update: Can't access using Safari or Firefox either ...

Looks like it might be a Mac issue then. I get the same as you from the main site except that the text chat (eventually) pops up. From the forum I don't get an error message but there are simply no working links i.e. hovering shows nothing to click on.

I use Firefox on Windows 7.

I use a VPN so I turned it off and was able to get into Chat from the main site. Still doesn't work from the Forum area, but I think that's a site issue.
