Not really "how" to use them, I know that. My question is how long can or should you leave them in? The first one I bought, is one of those 2.5 or 3" silicone teardrop shaped ones with the costume jewel on one end. I found that if I wore it more than 30 minutes at a time, the jewel made by butt cheeks sore. So, I took off the jewel. It's much better now, although I have this fear of it working its way inside me and getting stuck. lol. I would love to hear of your experiences with butt plugs.
