Yes, I understand, reviewing submitted stories can take a while. But it's been a month without a word about my latest. To the best of my memory that was not the case with my other two creations. But I have no way of knowing the fate of my latest bit of hard work! Was it rejected, lost, otherwise committed to the black hole? To my knowledge (which admittedly is not infinite) there is no way for me to know if it was ever received, no way to know what its current status might be. Is there in fact such a status indicator that I don't know about? Forgive the caviling, but this is not the first time I've been confused by this site! Arrgghh!

More than likely it's a lack of reviewers. ST needs some extra eyes to speed that along. We need volunteers.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. My latest story seems to have been stuck in development hell for about two weeks.
