My serious interest in social nudism began when I was 60 or so (I am 76 now). I was reading a book about the history of naturism in Germany (was an academic then, retired now) and was intrigued. So I began exploring that world, subscribing to a few nudist websites (clothesfree dot com and TrueNudists dot com), bought a few nudist DVDs, joined the American Association for Nudist Recreation (and read their magazine), and I began going to nudist resorts here in California and when I visited my native Florida. When I got interested in social nudism I tried to get my wife to try it with me, but she said no. So my nudist activities are all on the downlow.

I love being naked outdoors, and I love being naked at a resort (like Cypress Cove near Orlando) among hundreds of other nude people. The experience is more sensual than sexual. It really does seem so "natural."

At the same time, while nudists (naturists) very often insist that nudism is not about sex (the people who created TrueNudists created TrueSwingers to reinforce their desire to keep TrueNudists nonsexual), the fact is that nudism is very sexual. So, yeah, as the title of this Forum thread suggests, I do masturbate looking at pictures of nudists.

Nudists are usually very polite and considerate while still being ready to cross the line sexually when the time is right. People who are straight-laced are still tolerant of those who include sex in their naturist experience. I've always admired that, and as a teen knew an older couple who were nudists and imparted some of the 'customs' of sexuality.

As far as pictures, my first 'porn' was nudist magazines as a preteen and young teen. I loved looking at the other naked boys and girls and masturbated a lot to both--my first whiff of attraction to other boys as well as girls. Those images are hard to find now with the extreme reactions to pedophilia, and I think that's too bad, it was a great part of my early sexual years.
