Each week a doctor writes a column in my newspaper. Recently he wrote that he recommends that all men over the age of 50 should do Pelvic Floor Exercises. This was for health reasons however he also said that it can help people with sexual problems.Look it up guy's

Was reading about it. Says 50% of men over 50 have it, 60% of men over 60, 70% of men over 70 etc.
However I agree with you that pelvic floor exercises can delay it.

I incorporate many things in my fitness routine, pelvic is one of them.
I do lots of floor work.
Cardio and endurance is my mainstay.
@ 64 I can still pop a respectable boner and shoot a decent load.

Nice to learn that the very exercise I’ve been doing for back pain has another benefit!
