Anyone else get a window that has a little gear and says “no internet” when logging into chat?

Anyone else having issues with chat being empty again?

Anyone else have/having chat issues? Was fine Friday evening but by Friday night I couldn’t not send messages in chat. As soon as I hit send, it does nothing. Using an updated iPad and tried clearing data, tried safari & chrome both
