Ok this is a story based on true events, but I’ve taken the liberty to embellish it, to make it a bit more exciting, yet it is still fairly tame. 

I had come into an inheritance just prior to starting grad school, and had decided to invest in a small house to live in while in school and then use it as a rental for students once I graduated.
