Unusual Penis Modification

Maybe you've seen guys on the internet who enlarge their peeholes. I think most do it because they enjoy urethral sounding (sticking things in their dicks), and want to accommodate ever wider things. Other's may do it just to participate in a sort of rebellious body modification. I'm not entirely sure what motivates them to enlarge their peeholes, but on the other hand, I sort of understand.

Oh, I don't want to make my peehole larger, although I have enjoyed the mild pain of trying to stretch it with my little fingertip or other things such as Sharpie markers, from time to time.

What I kind of like is something I've never heard of or seen: Penis modification, but going the other way. What if one could cut into or rough up the sides of the urethral opening, then bring them in contact, so when they heal, the opening is mostly closed, leaving only a tiny hole from which fluids could escape. I would imagine peeing would result in a thinner, but much more powerful stream that could shoot out several feet. And, if you like the sensation of peeing as much as I do, wouldn't it be nice to have it take longer?

But cumming. That would be really cool. It would spurt in a thin stream much farther. It might last longer as well.
