What Would You Do In This Situation?

Standing outside, I took a moment to compose myself. Yes, the guy was obviously jerking off. It wasn't like maybe he was doing something else, and I just assumed. What's more, he had winked at me invitingly. The guy was slim and around 40 - 45 years old. Good looking, clean-shaven with short-cut jet black hair, just starting to gray at the temples. As I thought about it, my shock and some sort of embarrassment from walking on the guy started to wear off, and I realized what he was up to. The poor guy just wanted some attention, Someone maybe to jerk off with, and evidently this is how he planned on getting that attention. I was in a strange town. There's no one there who would ever recognize me. Plus, most likely no one would come into that fairly remote bathroom, especially at that time of the day. Plus, I was feeling a bit horny.
