I found the best technique for me. I look at porn for 40 minutes or so and m-bate for the longest time, always going to the edge but not over. then I go and brush my teeth or whatever before bed and let myself get soft. Then when I get in bed I go hard at it, when I come it is so intense and so long I have to spray into my boxers or else my covers get too wet.
