Now, in the past, when I get the urge on airplanes I have usually gone to the bathroom to help myself. Luckily, on one airplane ride, I got help from a passenger beside me. It was a long six hour flight, and during the peak of it, the lights were out. We were talking for a while about joining the mile high club, but decided that that was too risky and were afraid of somehow being reprimanded by a flight attendant or something.
