I probably shouldn't be writing this.. I'm 19 years old and have been doing it since I was around the age of 12.. ( if some of this is a bit vague, I apologise.. I grew up in a household where 'masturbating' or any of the sort was unhealthy and a "sin".. atleast until I decided religion is a bunch of BS in many areas and made myself stop feeling guilty )
Somehow I inherited a gene for a large chest, which came in a little handy when I came of age. I'd always just used my fingers and played with my clit until I came. then when I turned about 13 or so, my hormones kicked in overtime and many times I had to go into the bathroom at school to put toilet paper between my nipples and my bra because of the amount of milk they gave.. Very embarassing. That's when they became very sensitive. They're still sensitive, but exceptionally the week before my period. I have actually pinched them hard enough just once that they sting and continue to be sore for atleast another hour, and after my first suggestion I've had them sting and stay painful for the entire day after.
I just have two ideas for anyone who's interested..
#1- Everyone likes the shower idea, which is the first I ever found. The only difference is that I can't let it fall on my clit because it's so sensitive, so I lie back on the floor of the tub and turn the shower on. We have one of the stationary shower-heads, so I have to adjust myself until a stream of water is falling on each nipple and then rub over my clit.
#2- this one is wonderful in the summer. For this you need a oscillating fan and a lot of lotion or some sort of wetting substance (luckily I tend to provide more than enough of my own even on a bad day) turn on the fan and lie in bed, or wherever you wish to do this, remove your clothes and sit in the middle of the fan's rotation, continue keeping the areas moist as the fan will dry them out quickly. I usually keep my nipples wet also while I do this.. The alternating cold and warm air usually drives me nuts and keeps you nicely cool even on the hottest summer days.
