I told the story of how I accidentally watched by daughter masturbate one night. Her sister was out staying with friends and I was picking up clothes in her room to get them ready for washing the next day. She calmed down enough to ask some questions. I told her the truth that I do it almost every night before I go to bed. It calms me down and puts me in the right mood to sleep. Now that that's been done, I feel better.
