A Haircut With Extra Benefits

Reading 'Great Time at Great Clips' MF Mar 26 reminds me of a haircut place years ago that was in a city I visited for business.

The place had private rooms for an extra fee one could rent when getting haircuts. For an extra tip, your stylist cut your hair in lingerie, topless, or nude. There were plenty of mirrors in the private room so one could see all angles of the process of your hair being cut. No extra touching was allowed.

However, you could do whatever you wanted to do while the cape was over you. They even gave you a towel to hold in your lap under the cape. Finally, the washroom had a shampoo sink installed at the proper height to wash one's 'privates.' A clean extra towel was provided for the washroom.

My wife was curious why I always got my haircut when I traveled for business. I told her I always wanted to look my best.

I was really disappointed when I showed up for my haircut and the place was closed.
