I have used the vacuum to get myself excited, but in a slightly different way. I put on a pair of my corduroy jeans without any boxer shorts on, and use the vacuum to tease myself through my cords. I don't want to get myself caught in the vacuum hose, but the sensation of the suction through the fabric does help get me even harder.
