It surprised me to read the results of Barb's survey about fantasies while masturbating. Especially people who fantasize about other people masturbating. Quite odd to me. My typical fantasy while masturbating is to imagine making out with a woman, doing all sorts of things, undressing her,looking at her nude body, playing with her breasts, etc. At the point of my orgasm, I then actually imagine entering her vagina with my penis. This becomes the climax of the whole fantasy. I think this accounts for the vast majority of my masturbation mental images.
