A Librarian's View

I work in a library that serves two high schools in a small city. I discovered your site while walking past our computer area just to make sure patrons were not logging into inappropriate sites. I am no 'prude' but I think anyone would have been shocked as I was to see three boys from the high school, they could not have been more than 16 years old, reading your site while they were masturbating themselves through their pants! One boy actually had unzippered his pants and was stroking himself for all the world to see!

I said nothing until I saw one of the boys apparently having an orgasm (with loud enough grunts so that some other women walking past him looked over), then I went over to them and said I thought they had better leave the library so as not to embarrass themselves any further. They all turned red as beets and were obviously very upset over being caught. One of the boys is the son of a woman I play bridge with and I told him I would not tell his mother if he promised never to do this again, either at home or in the library. He did promise and I kept my promise as well.

The point of my letter to you is to say that I think you are obviously not aware of the very unhealthy model you are holding up to your readers, some of whom are too young to understand the implications of what they are doing.
