Rubber Glove

All you need is a rubber glove of any kind and lotion or some kind of lube. Lube up the glove then start using it to masturbate. Right before you start to orgasm...stop. Count to 60 and then start again. Do the same thing but count to 30. Then again but count to 15. Once more but count to 10 seconds. Then just go for it. You can do this with or without the glove and lube but I find it better this way. The timing should work for both males and females.
