Peeing Orgasm

I experience the most incredible sensation and am curious if any other females out there have had the same thing happen to them. As many people often do, I don't always pee when I have to go. I'll often hold it as long as I can-with benefits, however. If I hold it for a while, and maybe begin to relax my muscles like I'm going to pee and then quickly stop it, it feels like a very intense orgasm. It's wonderful. I'm not quite sure why this happens, but it's amazing. I probably experience this two or three times a day. And it can happen anywhere I choose. I can be driving down the road, or having a conversation with someone. It's fantastic. Has anyone else experienced this?
