Getting to chat-

I'm having trouble getting into chat. After I click Adobe, Chat stalls, goes nowhere.

Are you on a computer or on mobile?
Mobile requires a Flash enabled browser like Puffin or Proton.

I'm using a laptop. It worked fine until last Wednesday. Did something change last week? I'm using an adobe flash player on firefox.

Try a different browser, I use Chrome with very good results.
If not, try clearing the Firefox browser cache...
