I guess that would depend on what type of mom/son interaction you are referring to. He did say mom/son taboo so I am figuring that he was referring to incest. It is taboo because in some countries and societies incest (sex between and adult mother and son) is illegal or at least greatly frowned upon. Now if he was referring to incest between a mother and a minor son then it is considered child molestation, child abuse and maybe statutory rape. So that's why it is taboo.

I agree with the latter part of your response. I personally don't get the attraction of a minor. It carnt be physically satisfying for the adult in any way shape or form. So with you 100%. As for say a teen and mom. The attraction can be very rewarding. For both. It's illegal because it's not the norm in society. It's not the norm for the people that don't do it. It is the norm for people that like to do it. Everyone's perception of norm is different. It's not the norm for two guys to fuck. But it's legal. Where's the difference. If we go deep into this, let's go back to the beginning of everything. We're all related.

Teen is still underage, up to 16 or 17 depending on where you live. Also, there are still countries and even states in the US where fucking anyone in the ass, male or female is illegal under sodomy laws. There are also states where homosexuality is still illegal, but these are antiquated laws that are so old that nobody can remember the last time they were enforced. Believe it or not, there are still states where any type of oral sex is illegal, but not enforced!!! Incest was made illegal for a number of reasons. One being that it weakened gene pool because if there were any bad recessive genes they were more likely to become more prevalent when parents that both carried that gene produced an offspring. That can still happen between two completely unrelated people, but with an extremely less likely chance of happening. These days with condoms, vasectomies, birth control pills and tubal ligation it is so much easier to prevent unwanted incestuous pregnancies.
To set the record straight, there actually are adults out there that get sexual satisfaction from having sex with children. I think those people are reprehensible and disgusting and should be severely punished. I don't condemn adults for having incestuous relationships if it's between two consenting adults. These days it's become more commonplace for people to stretch the boundaries of what people find socially, morally and ethically acceptable in all matters sexual.
That being said, as a child I did have sexual fantasies about my older sisters and would have eagerly done it if the opportunity had presented itself. It never did, or would have because my sisters were too much older than me.
