I’ll answer while giving a cautionary tale. I’m 61, and about ten years ago a medication I no longer take diminished my sexual response, making it more challenging to get and keep an erection, and requiring an especially long time to cum.

I know exactly what you mean. Same for me. I read an article in my newspaper recently written by a doctor who said that he recommended all men over the age of 50 do Pelvic Floor Exercises. Apparently they can help. Google it.
