I would like to attend a Jack and Jill party and/ or possibly start a group in my area if one does not exist. I live in the KC area. Any suggestions?

I don’t live in the U.S. but have attended this sort of party in the U.K. and thought you might like to hear about how it went as you might want to start one yourself if you are unable to find one in your area.

I won’t bore you with how I came to be invited, but the ones I attended were organised by the same people.
They comprised mainly of couples (not often married) and a few singles – guys of course, but also surprisingly (though I was one myself) the occasional woman.
The format centred on a “Dinner Party” theme, with different meetings held at different people’s houses.
Dress was formal – little black dress/black-tie etc.
Dinner usually took a couple of hours as conversation was encouraged and no-one rushed the food (or wine).
After dinner everyone moved to a different room (usually dimly lit) and which had a large screen t.v.
Usually the rooms were furnished with sofas/comfortable chairs/loads of cushions etc.
The ones I attended showed porn on the t.v. screen, and this was always of an “amateur, home-made” style and not the obvious commercial stuff.
There was an unwritten rule that people had to strip to their u/wear at this stage.
Similarly, that no contact with anyone else was allowed unless they specifically invited it.
Sexual intercourse was NOT allowed. (No penetrative sex. No oral sex.)

In my experience, and generally speaking, the guys seemed far more comfortable to start with in this situation than the women. Certainly they were usually the first to reveal their “privates” and openly start to wank.
The women were a little more reserved and whilst hands went under knickers it took longer for them to show themselves.

I think you need a strong personality to make sure order is maintained and people (the guys mostly) keep to the rules. On a couple of occasions I witnessed guys trying to break the rules noted above and have to be "reminded".

There's a small group who meet pretty regularly near me (in the S of England) where something similar occurs.
More soft-swing than Jack and Jill though.
I've been twice and found it really horny.
