Odd thing I noticed

Sometimes, when I click on the 'Chatrooms' button The window opens with an image (like a pinup pic) before opening the chat window. It doesn't happen every time but I have seen it more than once.

Chrome on a windows 8.1 system....haven't seen the glitch for a few days now
